Thank you for submitting your request for semen analysis as a new patient at NewLIFE.
It is our goal to make your initial visit with us as positive and productive as possible. With this in mind, please follow the instructions below.
Patient Instructions
- Patients will need to abstain from sexual activity for a few days prior to collecting a sample.
- Specimens are always collected at home or off-site.
- Samples must be delivered as soon as possible after collection, preferably within 2 hours.
- A spouse may deliver the sample, but photo identification is always necessary.
- Delivery of the sample must have a scheduled appointment time.
- A collection kit with detailed instructions will be provided.
