The In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) laboratory at NewLIFE is directed by Brjinder S. Minhas, PhD, HCLD, MBA (see Our Providers). Our lab is inspected and accredited by the College of American Pathology. As much of the “baby making” is initiated in this lab, compliance with best lab practices is critical for consistent outcomes. Patients should understand and seek care in practices where laboratories adhere to these formal inspections, and laboratory personnel have validated credentials.
