Eligibility
Qualifications for this program:
- Self-pay patients with no fertility insurance coverage or who waive using their insurance.
- Pricing is valid for retrievals during the limited-time promotional period.
- Retrieval means having stimulated follicle growth and proceeding to have eggs retrieved. Typical time from consultation to retrieval varies but is typically within 6-8 weeks.

Included Services
IVF with Fresh Transfer:
- In-cycle bloodwork and ultrasound monitoring performed at a NewLife location
- Egg retrieval and anesthesia
- All IVF lab services (standard embryology and andrology labwork):
- Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), if recommended
- Assisted hatching
- Fresh embryo transfer
- Cryopreservation as appropriate of embryos remaining after fresh cycle
IVF with Freeze-All:
- Includes all of the above, excluding immediate, fresh embryo transfer
- Embryos that meet the lab criteria will be frozen for future use
Egg Freezing (fertility preservation):
- In-cycle bloodwork and ultrasound monitoring performed at a NewLife location
- Ultrasound-guided egg retrieval
- IVF lab services following retrieval and up to oocyte cryopreservation
- Cryopreservation of oocytes and storage for one month (discounted pricing for longer-term storage available through storage partner)
What’s Not Included
- Initial diagnostic workup and fertility screening is a separate package and is not included in IVF or egg freezing packages.
- Certain procedures (e.g., sperm retrieval/TESA or MESA)
- Medications (discounts may be available through partner pharmacy programs)
- Genetic testing (PGT)
- Pregnancy testing and post-transfer medical care
- Miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy treatment
- Storage fees for frozen eggs, sperm or embryos
